Self Portrait Reflection
1. I would say the eyes on my self portrait were my strongest part. They were done well, and the shading was well done.
2. I think the left have could have been better. I felt like I went to fast on it. Its not as clean as the right side.
3. The theme of this project is a self portrait. I drew a protrait of my self, my face (excluding the ears). I am in a passive emotion, because that is who I am.
4. The darker tones in this project are the pupils, eye brows, and lips. They are darker in color naturally on the face. The light tone are more for projection, like the nose and cheek bones. The whites of the eyes are also the lightest part of this project.
5. I had half of my face on one side, and the other half on the other side. The center is more negative space, empty and such.
6. I learned how to shade better in this project, with pencils. I could use this if I do, do drawings in later life. If I choose this as a career path.
7. I got the two faces to scale with each other. Trying to make them symetrical. It didn't happen that way exactly, they were a little off compared to each other.
8. I think this is. But, it kind of turned out to be a thematic drawing for some people. I think people should actually have their faces in it. So get to draw faces and such.
